- Career goal compatible with purposes of the certificate program
- Appropriate subject matter expertise and work experience for teaching in the subject area in community/technical colleges.
- Potential for successful teaching in community/technical colleges.
- Appropriate degree/license/professional certificate for teaching in the subject area:
