Degree Application Procedures - Baccalaureate

STEP
ONE
Request
that
the
program
coordinator
complete
a
major
evaluation
two
quarters
before
you
expect
to
graduate. Allow
one
month
for
the
evaluation
to
be
completed. Contact
a program
coordinator
now.
STEP TWO
The
program
coordinator
will
send
you
a
copy
of
your
major
evaluation
along
with
supplemental
materials
and
the
appropriate
degree
application
form.
After
reviewing
these
materials
meet
with
your
academic
adviser
if
any
last
minute
adjustments
to
your
plan
of
study
need
to
be
made.
STEP
THREE
Upon
receiving
the
graduation
application
materials,
complete
the
degree
application
and
submit
it
along
with
the
major
evaluation
and
supplemental
materials
to
the
Registrar's
Office.
To
avoid
a
late
fee,
submit
degree
application
materials
promptly. The

is
on
the
degree
application.
