When is
tuition
due for
each
quarter?
Tuition
is due
approximately
two
weeks
after
classes
begin on
main
campus.
Refer to
your
registration
information
for
specific
dates.
By
registering,
a
student
incurs a
legal
debt to
the
University
and can
be
released
from
that
obligation
only by
formally
withdrawing
within
the
full-refund
period.
Students
who fail
to pay
the full
amount
of
tuition
and fees
by the
stated
deadline
may be
administratively
withdrawn
from the
University.
In order
to be
reinstated
after
such
withdrawal,
a
student
must pay
the full
amount
of
tuition
plus a
reinstatement
fee to
"re-add"
the
classes.
In
addition
to this
Late Add
Fee,
there is
an
interest
charge
and a
Late
Payment
Fee that
will be
assessed
to
students
who
complete
their
transaction
after
the
first
day of
class.

Where
can I
get
Financial
Aid
information?
Western
Washington
University
makes
every
effort
to
provide
financial
assistance
to
eligible
applicants
through
grants,
scholarships,
work
study,
loans,
or some
combination
of these
student
aid
programs.
Aid is
available
to help
meet
educational
costs
including
tuition
and
fess,
books
and
educational
supplies,
room and
board,
transportation
and
personal
expenses.
Eligibility
for
financial
aid is
determined
by
completing
the Free
Application
for
Federal
Student
Aid (FAFSA)
on an
annual
basis.
For
summer
financial
aid,
students
must
also
complete
a WWU
Financial
Aid
Summer
Application.
