TWO
Once
your
major
evaluation
is
complete,
your
program
location
Coordinator
will
send
you
a
copy
of
your
major
evaluation
along
with
any
supplemental
materials,
and
the
appropriate
degree
application
form.
STEP
THREE
Upon
receiving
the
graduation
application
material
you
will
then
complete
the
degree
application
and
send
it
along
with
the
major
evaluation
and
supplemental
materials,
to
the
Registrar's
Office.
The
address
is
on
the
degree
application.
To
avoid
problems,
apply
early! Be
sure
to
apply
in
June
if you
plan
to
leave
campus
for
the
summer.

Substitutions
or
waivers
granted
by
departments
after
the
senior
evaluation
must
be
approved
in
writing
and
submitted
to
Credit
Evaluation
in
the
Registrar's
Office,

for
course
work

other
institutions
should
be
ordered
and
sent
to
WWU,

Removal
of
incomplete
grades
(K's)
for
required
courses
must
be
done
by
the
end
of
the
graduation
quarter.
Courses
that
have
incomplete
status
(“K”
grade)
must
be
completed—and
the
final
grade
submitted
by
the
instructor—by
the
end
of
the
graduation
quarter.
It
is
the
student’s
responsibility
to
make
arrangements
with
the
instructor
to
ensure
timely
submission
and
processing
of
the
final
grade.

correspondence
courses
are
due
at
the
end
of
the
graduation
quarter.

If
you
plan
to
continue
enrollment
at
WWU
after
graduation
and
interrupt
your
enrollment
for
a
quarter
other
than
summer,
you
will
need
to
apply
for
readmission
by
contacting
the
Office
of
Admissions,
Old
Main

Otherwise,
you
are
eligible
to
register
as
a
post-baccalaureate
student.
