FBI Fingerprinting Sexual Harassment Prevention & Blood Borne Pathogens Training
All students accepted into Woodring College of Education Teacher Education Programs are required to fulfill these requirements:
Fingerprinting for Washington State Patrol/FBI clearance
This process needs to take place as soon as students are accepted into the program. Fingerprinting receipts are to e turned in no later than two weeks before the start of the admissions quarter. Students are required to go to the fingerprinting website for information. Once cleared through the FBI, the clearance is good for two years and will need to be redone as needed in order to remain valid through internship and receipt of teaching certificate. Additional information is available from the Woodring Teacher Certification Office (MH 216).
Character and Fitness Questionnaire
This questionnaire is to be turned into the Teacher Certification Office (MH 216) no later than two weeks before the star of the admissions quarter. Students are required to go to the character and fitness requirements website for the form and instructions.
