Secondary
education
students
who
complete
this
program
will
build on
their
preparation
for an

Language

Studies
endorsement
to earn
an
additional
endorsement
in
Middle
Level-Humanities.
The
Middle
Level-Humanities
endorsement
authorizes
assignment
to these
core
academic
subjects
and an
integrated
language
arts/social
studies
core
block
classroom
in the
middle
and
junior
high
school.

WEST-E/Praxis II Test
Candidates must pass two WEST-E/Praxis II tests required for the Middle-Level-Humanities endorsement. These tests are in addition to the WEST-E Praxis II test required for a first endorsement in either English Language Arts or Social Studies.
