student ID noted, to the Teacher Certification Office (Miller Hall
216,) or your Outreach Program Coordinator, or mail it to WWU -

3. It
is possible to have your fingerprints processed electronically at
the Washington State Patrol office in Olympia. You will need a Request for Electronic Applicant Submission form from OSPI or an ESD
or the WWU Teacher Certification Office. Complete the form, enclose the fee and
return the form to OSPI, or the ESD or WWU Teacher Certification
Office. It will be processed and
returned to you. Take the processed form to your
fingerprinting appointment at the Washington State Patrol office
in Olympia.
