CallPilot Desktop Upgrade

This CallPilot Upgrade supports Microsoft Office 2000 and XP. If you encounter any problems, please call the ATUS Help Desk at 650-3333.

1. Click the link to the setup file \\galaxy\data3\software\callpilot\version\1.07.11.16\setup.exe
2. When prompted, choose Open or Run from current location
3. Click Next on the Welcome screen
   
   
   
4. Select Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, then click Next
   
   
   
5. Leave the Language set as English, then click Next
   
   
   
6. Leave the default file location, C:\Program Files\Nortel, then click Next
   
   
   
7. Your 4 digit telephone number should display automatically. Click Next to continue
   
   
   
8. The CallPilot Server Settings are present from the previous CallPilot Desktop installation:
   Server Name or IP Address 140.160.1.20 or vmail@wwu.edu
   SMTP/VPIM prefix 1360650
   Search Base to be used for address searches dc=vmail,dc=wwu,dc=edu
   
   Click Next to continue
   
   
   
9. The Install Fax Printer Driver will be checked if it was previously installed.
   Update default mail profile should have a check in the box.
   Click Next to begin installation.
   
   
   
10. The installation process will take 3-5 minutes. Click Finish when it is done.
