Opening the Outlook Folders of Others
If you have been given access to share an
Outlook folder belonging to someone else, or if you receive a mail message that
says you have been granted delegate access to share a folder, you can open the
shared folder and perform certain activities, depending on the folder that is
shared and the permission level you have been given.
·
You can open the folder in a separate Outlook
window, usually recommended for occasional use.

You can add the folder to your Outlook Folder list
or Outlook Bar for frequent access.
