How can I set up Outlook to prompt me for a profile to be used?

• Go to Start – Settings – Control Panel
• Double click on Mail
• You will see this screen:

• Click on Show Profiles

• Look for where it says: When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile:

• Select the option that says: Prompt for a profile to be used.

• Click on OK

The next time you start Outlook, and every time there after, you will get a box that asks you to chose a profile. Select the one you want, and click OK.
