Critical Deadlines
for M.Ed. Candidates

1. Develop your Plan of Study within your first quarter at WWU.

2. Request Advancement to Candidacy upon completion of your first 12-15 credits.

3. Apply for the Comprehensive Exam the quarter before you plan to take it.

4. Approaching your graduation term, submit your Application for Degree by the following deadlines:

Fall 2009 - August 21

Winter 2010 - December 4

Spring 2010 - March 12

Summer 2010 - June 4

Pending M.Ed. Graduates

Planning to do a principal internship AFTER graduation?

To continue your enrollment at WWU, you must re-apply to the Graduate School as a post-master's candidate in the Residency Principal Certification Program.
